3D SCANNING
Our 3D scanners capture the finest details in texture and color of the tile. By utilizing this technology we are able to accurately match texture, color, shape, and size of the discontinued tile.
Our Patented Process
Our Patented Process(es) allow us to replicate tiles up to 12 inches by 24 inches complete with matching texture and custom design finish. Using a combination of 3D Scanning, 3D printing, and a Custom Design Process, we are able to replicate individually damaged tiles.
CERAMIC INKS
Our image process allows the ceramic inks to be heated into the tile material itself. Our process allows us to match virtually any color; including sun fading on older installed tiles for a seamless look.
3D PRINTING
Our 3D printers are able to replicate and print the tiniest details in each tile. In fact, our printers can capture detail down to .01 mm. For comparison, a grain of table salt is .3 mm! That’s some detail!
